I also hoped to get to know the country, its culture, and new people. The arrival went much better than I expected. I was a bit stressed, but our mentors were very kind and friendly. I find the company very pleasant, and I am excited to see what I will learn there.

What skills or knowledge do you hope to gain during your Erasmus+ internship, and how will it help you in the future? I hope to improve my English and communication skills during my Erasmus+ internship. What were our expectations before arriving, and how was the arrival? Well, we did not really know what to expect, but after arriving we were pleasantly surprised. The arrival to our company was pretty straightforward, we got to know each other and after that they explained how we will work and what we will be doing.

What skills or knowledge do you hope to gain during your Erasmus+ internship, and how will it help you in the future? I am hoping to gain some work experience, improve my English and the ability to convince people. Work experience will help me get a better job and a better understanding of how everything works. My English is already good, but there is always room for improvement and the better I get the easier it will be for me to work abroad. And lastly the ability to convince people is crucial in Udruga Žmergo, you have to convince people everyday, for them to realise that they don’t want to hurt their planet.
